Chris and I have been friends since elementary school, which is a loooong time ago! Over the years we have shared many a good times, but these last few years have been especially awesome! We both have started families and even though we live many states apart it's nice to watch our families grow. So when Chris and his family came out to run the AFC Half Marathon with me, they thought it would be a perfect time to update the family album. I couldn't agree more! The beach was a tad foggy when we started, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves.

These are some of my favorite images of all time!

Yes, it has been a long time. 4th grade, Mr. Stones class. Lots of cherished memories and great times. And so very true, the past few years of seeing our families grow have been awesome too. As usual, great job here. We love every one of these photos. Thank you again Zak, we had a great time.

love them!!! i'm really liking your editing style too! it's subtle, and it's really cohesive with your style of shooting. that probably only makes sense in my head... oh well!! :) that dog shot cracks me up, looks like he's doing the awkward dance you do when you and someone else are trying to sidestep each other but keep sidestepping the same way at the same time.... lol

Family Photos at Belmont Park? Yes Please!

Manana is Spanish for Sunday ~~evening~~ night right? If you have no idea what I'm talking about check the next post down. :) Anyways on to some awesomeness! A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting up with the way cute Borgo family! Sylvia is a San Diego based awesome photographer, so I knew this shoot was gonna be a hoot...and boy was I right. I left wet, sandy, and longing for some cotton candy. More on that later. We met up at Belmont Park in Mission Beach, and man oh man was it hopping for a Sunday evening! I can't wait to take our kiddos back soon! Wow that's a lot of text up there for me, so how about some pictures? :)

I really love these first two! Pure motherly love! :)

Their youngest was in total awe of the rides! Pretty cool way to spend a Sunday evening right?

The top one about sums up every parents life...loving moment...bam! Kiddo dead ahead now 12 o'clock!

We had a blast watching the roller coaster whiz past!

I think this one is my new all time fav family photo! Well the second one is pretty cute too! :)

Yeah and I like this one too...hmmm I have a problem being decisive...just ask Jennifer.

Don't ever ask a young boy for cotton candy and expect a very big piece! :)

Then we headed to the water for a little fun before we chased the sun away!

Like I said in the title I love it when a family wants to meet at the beach and just play! Nothin' says fun like a sandy and wet pair of shorts on the ride home. :) Anyways here are some of my favs from my super cool Arizona family!! See ya next summer!
